LADIES ONLY AREA

A separate part of the club – JUST FOR LADIES
The Ladies Area boasts a dedicated workout space comprising of an abdominal stretch area and a range of benches, dumbbells and barbells for those who wish to pump a few weights.

Beginners
The reason for the ladies only area is that over the years many ladies (especially beginners) have commented that they feel uncomfortable in a mixed environment until they win back confidence, better shape and know what they are doing in the gym.

Instruction and coaching
All new members will receive a personal training session with an expert instructor, during this time you will be taken through a health screening procedure and lifestyle consultation. Our personal trainers will then design a specific programme in conjunction with your needs and also in respect of the time you have available for your workouts.
We design programmes for 30, 45, 60 and more – so lack of time is certainly no reason to put off the inevitable, you can make a huge difference to your life even with as little as two 30 minute workouts per week.

Weight loss
The most common result required is weight loss.  We have over 23 years experience in this one and you are welcome to share the secrets of “lasting weight loss”. 
Let us explain the different body types – Ectomorph, Endomorph and Mesomorph – which one are you?
