Both studios have just been totally upgraded to offer you VIRTUAL CLASSES.

We can now choose from over 400 different classes presented by World Class instructors when we put together the Virtual Class Schedule.  See out new giant sized screens, HD quality projection systems plus great new sound and LED lighting systems.

We go live on 30th Jan 2017 with over 40 new Virtual Classes per week added to the existing timetable of instructor led classes.

Classes include BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyBalance, Sh'Bam, CXWorx, Yoga Basics, Yoga, Pilates, Piloxing, HIIT, Boot, Power Step, RIP, Tabatacise and War.

AWESOME ABS is an abdominal workout to trim an area, which we would all love to be flat.

BODYBALANCE is the Yoga, Tai chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm.  Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

BODYCOMBAT is a fiercely energetic and empowering workout inspired by martial arts such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.  Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you'll strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

BODYPUMP is the world’s first class to combine high repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning. It will tone and condition your body, can help you lose weight and ultimately change your body shape, all in record time.

BOOT is a fusion of cardio, strength, balance and flexibility.  Featuring exercises that work the entire body.  The objective is to continually shock the body, lose weight and build muscles.

CIRCUIT TRAINING.  A class to target the aerobic, strength and endurance aspects of fitness, using a combination of exercises and drills to challenge the whole body.  This is an easy to follow class, with all the benefits of group exercise and lots of motivation.

CXWORX is the 30 minute personal training inspired core class that improves functional strength and assists in injury prevention like nothing else, formulated with a structured, scientific approach and unforgiving intensity, it will tighten and tone the abs, glutes, back and obliques - driving results where it counts the most.

HIIT 30/30.  High Intensity Interval Training workouts are a great way to burn fat when you're short on time.  30 second high intensity reps followed by 30 second rest periods for 16 intervals

INSANITY.  A revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training.  By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes you to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism.  INSANITY’s interval training is the pinnacle of cardio training.

POWER STEP.  Functional, athletic and time efficient training is yours in POWER STEP 30. Cardio, strength, balance and agility improve through multi-plane patterns, on the floor and step, as a means to give you all you need in the time you have.

RIP is a barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopaedic strength training.  Every movement plane is attacked using weights and bodyweight.  Featuring safe and motivating exercises and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere.

PUMP IT UP.  High-repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning.  Tone and condition your body, lose weight and change your body shape all at the same time.

SH'BAM is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise.  Featuring chart-topping popular hits and simple but seriously hot dance moves, this class is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star even if you are dance challenged.

SPINNING.  The class takes place on a stationary cycle which has adjustable resistance.  The instructor takes you through various moves to music with background disco lighting to get you going.  A fun athletic, cardiovascular workout that leaves you wanting more.  A prolific calorie guzzler that burns fat fast.

TABATACISE.  Tabata will improve your cardio and ability to burn fat, long after you have finished your workout.  These intervals are short but EXTREMELY challenging.

TRANSFORM unites yoga and sport like never before.  Prepare for a unique mind/body experience featuring traditional yoga poses, such as warrior, and sport influenced movement including plyometrics, and strength.

WAR is an exhilarating total body workout where a fusion of martial arts meets chart-topping music.  Learn how to punch effectively, kick safely, and perform hooks and uppercuts like pros.

YOGA BASICS.  Alignment, breath and flowing moves are taught with patience and different levels of intensity.  The design of this workout allows for modifications and is a forgiving challenge to all fitness levels.

YOGA.  This yoga workout builds heat and power in the muscles to strengthen them.  It will help you improve cardio, strength and flexibility.

Please note:

  •          Technique Classes are necessary before taking part in Spinning and BodyPump.  Ask at reception for details.
  •          Attendance, for all classes is on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis only.
  •          Please collect a Class Token from reception and hand it to the Instructor before the class begins.
  •          Entry to classes will not be permitted without the correct class token.
  •          Tokens for evening classes will be available from 5pm. 
  •          Class tokens are not required for Virtual Classes.
  •          All classes are for all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced.
