Our fully qualified experienced personal trainers will help and support you every step of the way in reaching your personal training goals. Trainers will work with you to design your exercise program that is effective, motivational and fun, catering for all ages and fitness levels, getting you fitter, or up to the next level, achieving your best.

All our trainers are qualified to at least Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, which covers,

- Advanced Exercise & Fitness Instructing
- Nutrition & Weight Management
- Training in Different Environments
- Client Lifestyle & Fitness Testing
- Business Skills

They are experts in areas such as, weight loss, muscle gain, body toning, rehabilitation (including GP referrals), sports training, nutrition advice, and general fitness and well being.

On your first visit we will discuss your health and fitness goals, exercise history, lifestyle and nutritional habits. With regular contact, monitoring and motivation you will soon see the results you have worked so hard to achieve.

Personal Training is available to members at a reasonable cost per hour and is amazing value in helping you achieve your fitness goals.
